1. What is online tuition? Are all the tuition service here online?

Answer: Online tuition means the courses are taught online, tutor and student communicate thru free phone (we will get you access). However, not all tuition are online. Most primary and secondary school courses are still teach in face-to-face fashion.

 2. I am a tutor (or student), I do not want to have online tuition and I like to keep in as face-to-face fashion, is that OK?

Answer: Yes, no problem. The tuition arrangement is between tutor and student.

3. What are the service that all-tuition.com provide?
Answer: All-tuition.com provides tuition matching services, in which we help parents or students to find a tutor, we also help the tutors to find tuition jobs. In addition, we also provide free platform for used book trading, student forum (coming soon) and volunteer free tuition.

4. How do I find or hire a private home tutor through all-tuition.com?
Answer: Simply do a quick search, after that send an email to the tutor and they will contact you.

5. Who qualified for free tuition?

Answer: Since free tuition is conducted by volunteer, it is based on availability and area proximity priority (it means that if the tutor lives near student area, students get priority). However, this is a very limited resource.

6. As a students / parents, do I have to pay all-tuition.com for the service?
Answer: No, our matching service is free for students or parents. We will only charge referral fee from the tutor.

7. Can I change the tutor if I found that my current tutor is unfit for the job?
Answer: Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the tutor from our service, you are allowed to do so without any charges from us. But you are required to pay the tuition fees for all the tuition sessions conducted.

8. How the timetable arranged?
Answer: Timetable should be discuss between tutor and student.

9. How long it takes to register myself as a tutor?
Answer: The registration process should not take more than 5 minutes.

10. How can I update my profile after registration?
Answer: Just login to your account and you may update your profile / resume anytime.

11. As a tutor, do I have to pay all-tuition.com for the referral service?
Answer: Yes and no. If you are volunteer tutor that charge no fee from student, there is no referral fee. If you are charging student with tuition fee, flat referral rate is 40% of the first month's (full) tuition fees is the commission payable to all-tuition.com. For example: Monthly tuition fees is RM 300.00, 40% of RM300 = RM120 payable to all-tuition.com. If there are multiple students in the class, commission fee should be charged accordingly. For above example. if there are four students in this class and tutor have 10% discount on the fee, the total commission amount is  4xRM300x40%x90%=RM432.  If you are student / parent, there is no charge from us but you need to pay tuition fee to tutor.

12. When should I pay my referral fees?
Answer: Tutor will need to pay the referral fees within 30 days of teaching if parent/student contact you directly and concluded the deal, otherwise we will collect our referral fees in advance before we pass you the contact information. Full refund for tutor who pay in advance but parent change their mind before class started

13. Can I pay my referral fees before class started even though parent/student contact me directly?
Answer: Yes.

14.What happen if my payment is late?
Answer: Your profile and account will be suspended. Remember, we have logged your IP address.

15. What if the parents/student terminate the service before 1 month?
Answer: Should either side terminate the service within one month, we will charge 20% of the total fees collected.

16. When should I collect my tuition fees from the parent?
Answer: Tutor should make it clear to parent / student that tuition fee should be paid upfront before class start.

17. How do tutor make the payment?
Answer: Tutor can either pay thru credit card, paypal or bank in to us. We will provide details to you.

18. Do I have to pay for the registration (tutor and student)?
Answer: Registration is free of charge.

19. Do registered tutors work for you?
Answer: No. Tutors in our database are independent and interact with students directly. Tutors set their own schedules and rates.

20. How do you verify your tutors' qualifications?
Answer: We trust our tutors to state their qualification accurately. Before the class start, parents (or students) are to check the tutor's qualification on the first lesson.
